Motel 6-Vancouver WA

Negatives: Bed wasn’t that comfortable.. Dryer took two full dry cycles to dry

Negatives: Unclean, unsafe, uncomfortable.

Negatives: The bathroom was in need of repairs. Was traveling with a small dog and used the designated dog potty area, no bags but that was ok as I had my own... however we had to carefully walk through more than 50 piles of dog

Negatives: The room stunk. The area was crawling with people that harassed my children and wife. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. The only think that was remotely positive was the staff... even they they were rude at times.

Negatives: I did not stay there I am an employee at another Motel 6 location and I was treated with no respect from the staff . I asked the staff Mellissa if she could have the manager call me to explain some questions I had regarding my stay and me being an employee and she refused to have the manager contact me . She hung up in my face . Horrible customer service. It showed me why so many company’s are converting to computers an exchange for actual people. She as so rude I was embarrassed to be apart of the organization because if I was a corporate representative calling and that is how you treat people I can only imagine how she talks to guest poor service I stayed at a motel right next door paid more but that did not matter I was treated with respect and again I am an employee. I have made a complaint with corporate have yet to receive a call.or even from the property manager
