That when I said No..this took will never do..the girl was nice about it..and switched us out mo problem. Good customer service always wins !!

At.my request I had asked for a ground floor unit...but this one the girl tried to put me in .was gross..broken door between a two party unit..was not good at all I immediately said oh No...this will not do at all so we moved upstairs to a much better room...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for me.
Negatives:
I had problems getting captions on the television. Bathroom light didn't work. The staff showed me how to use the exhaust fan dial to turn on the light? (I would never have guessed) The property could benefit from paint and maintenance. Traveling alone, I felt a bit nervous there.

The check-in person was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I really have no complaints. I expected a clean room with a comfortable bed, and that is what I found.
