Positives: The bed was great! The room was quiet and immaculate! Staff friendly, and location right off the freeway!
Negatives: The breakfast was way below standard for usual Holiday Inn express. The pancake machine was broken, the oatmeal was very runny, eggs were cold, and sausage was rubbery. This was 7:30 AM usually a time where one would expect things to be ready for guests.

Positives: The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I loved the outdoor space with the fire pits.
Negatives: Vegetarian breakfast meats wouldve been nice. We were dropping our child off at Walla Walla University and the hotel didnt cater to families with a vegetarian diet. Also, the carpet in our room was quite dirty and needed a good cleaning.
