Positives: Very pleasant surprise! In a great area! Shops resuaurants, and parks nearby- can walk or drive. Easy to get to. Is newer, and really very nice, very clean, quiet- even with train nearby. Will def stay there again. Is family dog friendly also.

Negatives: So you rent a room with kitchen, which comes with zero kitchenware, but wait, there a reason, everything is on sale. So you can buy a frypan, a plate, an a spoon if you want to eat an egg. And dont forget to also buy a sponge to do the dish later!
