The carpet in the room looked new. It was very clean! The room was tidy, well made and breakfast was totally complete with eggs and sausage even though the web page said it was just a "grab and go breakfast". I'm guessing that was during COVID and the page needs updating because the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, make a waffle, etc...

The front desk attendant was very nice and polite. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
Negatives:
The smell was not great to be honest. I chose a non-smoking room and it still kind of smelled like smoke or possibly smelled like an odor eliminator which in itself doesn’t smell that great. It kind of smells like there was some smell that was just being covered up with another smell, but I know it isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel so it is to be expected.

Most of the staff was nice as usual Seaera and the other guy but Goruun was not up to par so much so Im reconsidering staying elsewhere.
Negatives:
The mouse in the room, and having to be moved to three seperate rooms made my stay unusually difficult to enjoy and Goruun's overall bad customer service.
