the staff was extremely rude. they accused my fiancee of being a prostitute and wasn't going to let her stay there because she didn't have any identification on her. the room was dirty and was full of roaches. I didn't sleep at all because I was worried the roaches were going to get into my stuff. the room didn't have a working AC or even a trash can. it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

There were bed bugs making the room completely uninhabitable. The manager tried to get me to switch rooms after finding a bed bug and wouldn't give me a refund. They know they have a problem and aren't doing anything to fix it.

It was filty. You can hear everyone and everything. Wasn't informed that the pool was drained. No breakfast. No coffee pots in the room. The heating & ac was broke. 1 sheet on the bed, no blankets. Mold in the bathroom. Walls were black w fingerprints, and there was poop on the wall next to the toilet. All the cable wiring was exposed and ran along the floor. Fans were full of dirt. Finally, the room smelt like cheese!

It was close to town. The bus was right down the street. Restaurants were close. The room was nice and dark. The bed was clean and comfortable..

The door was hard to shut. Thre lighting was not bright enough. The people at the front desk were rude.

Bathrooms was gross,,dirty, there were holes all over the room in the walls that were patched not painted. Window glass was broken with the glass still hanging in it. Poor lighting in the room. 1 chair an old couch that smells. No ice machine or vending machines.. There were cars and people in and out all night.

Nothing everything offered was broken with no expectación of being fixwd, charged extra, room dirty upon arrival, owners yelled and acused me of many things. Neighbor hood was the worst ive been in in my life. And they charged me for a room and then made me leave saying I didnt pay and wouldnt even look at my confirmación, instead charged me again

Every horrible thing imaginable happened, door didnt ñock nor shit without the strenghth of an elegante nothing rhey say they offered online was even seen. And even had a drunk fresh out of jail push his way into my room, with no asistente from anyone that worked there to help meake him leave. And no apologie what so ever. Scariest place ive ever stayed at
