Negatives: It was an old property, really needs an upgrade. This was NOT a Plus. It looked like an original Best Western. The tub in our room had mold and was patched up. Room was dirty. Will not stay here again!

Positives: Liked its proximity to good restaurants. The hotel seems fairly new so it was clean. The manager who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Also coffee was available 24 hrs a day.

Positives: The beds were super comfy and great linens!

Negatives: Bathroom, while totally functional was a bit small. The breakfast was slightly disappointing but the staff were doing their best to replenish the missing items. The bacon was so crispy it could easily be made into bacon “Dust”.

Positives: Close to restaurants. Cookies, complimentary bottled water, and mints were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable.

Negatives: Front desk staff frazzled. Didn't have rooms clean for guests. When we went to dinner front desk staff was not there but found them outside smoking. They just seemed unorganized and unprofessional.Scary elevator.

Negatives: Our room was in disrepair, bad tv, bad micro constant buzz, had to unplug it. Nasty bathtub-floorby toilet. Mattress lumpy& old.- sold out, couldn't change rooms. Booked king on ground floor, got a queen on 4th fl. Small rooms-old break.was pretty good. Other guest had nicer rooms.
