Upon arrival. Was met in the entrance by a sobbing woman and a guy who was trying to console her. Bad area. Seems like high drug activity. Very dirty rooms. Window doesn't look like it has been cleaned for years with dead bugs in the cracks. Carpet in room was torn in several spots and air conditioner creeked all night long.

Room was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and was pleased the shower was wheelchair accessible.
Negatives:
Breakfast was included but no hot choices other than waffles. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed, only on one side, and it wasn’t working. There was no way to have have cell phones near bed.
