Positives:
Room was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable. Requested a handicapped accessible room and was pleased the shower was wheelchair accessible.
Negatives:
Breakfast was included but no hot choices other than waffles. There was only one electrical outlet near the bed, only on one side, and it wasn’t working. There was no way to have have cell phones near bed.

The location is good, it’s near lots of shopping, has an indoor pool, the kids lived that.
Negatives:
A better breakfast is about all I’d say it lacks, still has a continental breakfast.

The staff were particularly pleasant and enjoyable. Also the breakfast was ample and typical for the level of accommodation.

It's not the horror story that I have been reading from other reviewers. That being said, the place needs some improvement. Carpets were dirty, there was a big lump in the middle of the bed, sheets had tiny holes in them and the bed cover was ripped and ended up coming loose. Was it livable, yes. There were no bugs, no mold, no unseemly odors, but we were disappointed there was no microwave or refrigerator. The TV left a lot to be desired. There wasnt an ice machine on our floor, and only one for the entire facility on the first floor.
