Rooms were nasty. First room the toilet wouldn't flush after my husband used it. They gave us a new room, that was Friday afternoon, spent the night again on our back from our vacation, gave us 1 st room again toilet still plugged. Gross

We didn't eat breakfast & left early in order to begin our trip home.
Negatives:
The room wasn't clean. The carpet was filthy w/stains all over it. The lamps on the nightstands looked as though they'd not been cleaned at all. The top cover on the bed had a hole in it & was old. The chairs looked as though they were picked up off the side of the road. The arms were black, stained w/dirt & the chair themselves were dirty.

nothing…. at all. besides the manager there is nothing appealing here.

15 yr old daughter went to the bathroom, found a cockroach when she walked in. there were no more hotels, everything was sold out. So we got moved to a different room on the same floor, which I already know if if there’s one there’s more, but I was at a stopping point. whenever we walked into the new room, it was a lot cleaner, and we actually felt a lot more comfortable, then at 5 o’clock in the morning my sister woke me up to tell me there was a bedbug on the 15 yr olds pillow…. this place needs shut down completely.

The room was very dirty, had to keep our shoes on because carpet was sticky, there were stains on the blankets and when we arrived there was a rag stuck in our toilet. When asking the front desk for help, they gave my husband a wrench to pull it out. The morning staff was really nice, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the accommodations.
