We booked through booking.com. I had filtered for "pet friendly" then booked and paid for the room. When we got there we had to pay another $25 to the hotel directly for the pet. Booking.com mentioned nothing about the additional fee. I won't be using booking.com again.
In addition, the outlet was pulled out of the wall and the room was dirty and the toilet barely flushed. When I told the receptionist about the issues she said "okay" with no apology whatsoever.
Not using booking.com again.

Clean and comfortable with easy access to restaurants and highway.

The building we stayed in did not have elevator so had to bring luggage up stairs to second floor. Should have clearly stated that in advance.

Positives:
Staff went out of their way to help, like finding some silverware for us at 11 p.m. for some fast food. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
A sign on the shower was very specific about placing a mat in the bottom of the tub to avoid slipping There was no mat.

Quite satisfactory overall.

Breakfast was decent. The only drawback was the non-main buildings did not have an elevator, thus we had to carry our stuff up a flight of stairs to get to our room.

Knowing there weren’t elevators in the 2 Auxiliary buildings and asking for a room in the main building!

I loved the location, the staff was very friendly!
Negatives:
I know the bed I slept on did not have the sheets changed before my stay. Two of the pillows smelled strongly of perfume, and one had make-up on it. After pulling the sheets back, I noticed long, black hairs in the bed and what looked like grass and dirt down at the bottom where you would put your feet. I had to get a blanket from my car to lay on the bed.
