The Lady, who was at the reception when we arrived, was very friendly.
Negatives:
The room's furniture was in a very bad condition. There was animal hair in the drawers and the floor, the floor was dirty altogether... or daughter found dog food on it... need I say more? Once the strong smell from the cleaning detergent was gone, it stank from the wet dogs, that must have been there recently. I understand, one gets what he pays for. The room was cheaper than other motels, but it is not too much to ask to get it properly cleaned.

Very clean and room was fresh looking and updated. Location off the highway and price was excellent. There was no breakfast but lots of places close by to grab a quick bit.
Would recommend to our friends and family who travel south often from Toronto.

Some people may miss seeing the property as it’s up on a slight hill.
But, well worth the stay.

Small room, but clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave. We could park right in front of our room. There were several places to eat nearby within a half mile.

The steep driveway to get to the hotel. It woould be nice to have an included breakfast.
