Positives:
Good location close to I-64, but it is on a steep hill. It has a clear sign, but I did not look up until driving around a couple of times. Once I found it I could get up to it easily enough. It had a huge hot tub. Good pool.

Floor very creaky above our room. Wife hated the mattress.

The carpet was badly stained, left our white socks dirty after walking on carpet in room. The elevator at 3rd floor stop was very jerking, AC unit needs service.

The location was great. Close to everything. The shower pressure was amazing.

Unfortunately you can tell that the upkeep on this hotel has nearly stopped. Old worn carpet, tiles loose or missing in the bathroom. There was trash from previous stays in the trash cans. Worst part was you can hear everything in adjoining rooms.

The property was convenient to our college tour and it was very clean
Negatives:
The property is pretty dated. Our room had a very old smell, not musty but maybe it used to be a smoking room? It was uncomfortable until we acclimated to it. The in-room amenities were really lacking. No mini fridge, only a small on cup coffee maker.
