The hotel was great: clean, nice location to our final destination.

We came in 2:30 am. The front desk kept us waiting as he played around with the computer. We were harassed and practically kicked out since we didn't leave exactly 12pm. There was no consideration. We concluded it was discrimination.

There was only ONE person on the entire staff on site, a teenager. Isn’t this against the law? This is unsafe and a disaster waiting to happen. When we tri d to reach Hampton management we were connected with South Africa and Jamaica. No access to the hotel manager who wasn’t there. We were guests with no real access to Hampton staff or Hilton.

Located in a large shopping mall next to I81. Not greatest location to get in & out of though.
Negatives:
After we checked in, we were getting really to sleep & some other guests opened our door !! Front desk messed up big time. Would not stay here again because of that. And frig was not cold at all.

The bathroom fan was very loud and didn’t turn off it stayed on all the time…. Dogs barked the whole time couldn’t sleep with the loud fan running and dogs barking

There was a new system so there was a bit of a line waiting to check-in but Autumn is always friendly and super-efficient in making sure you get the right room. Favorite thing about the hotel is the proximity to everything you might need for a short stay.
Negatives:
Things were fine. If I had to nitpick, the heater/ac unit was loud and it would be really nice to have king-sized pillows on the king-sized bed.
