THE STAFF! Everyone is super available to help and friendly. Make us feel good upon arrival and throughout the stay.
CLEANING! Both the room and the common areas of the hotel are always well clean and the housekeaping staff is very friendly - it was a surprise that linens and bathroom linens had a very nice fresh wash smell
