Negatives: Heater/AC was working but could've been better

Negatives: I when to two different room the first one the ac was apart laying down in the floor. The second one was worse the room was clean and the ac was so old you wasn’t able to change the temperature on it blood in the floor, used toilet paper still in the toilet. It was just bad

Negatives: Hot tub didn’t work and no water pressure

Negatives: It was a little dirty.

Negatives: No coffee pots in rooms none of the vending machines worked at all! No nearby stores

Negatives: The showers had nothing but boiling hot water. Same with the sinks

Negatives: Everything else. First room was dirty and had cigarette ashes on the bureau. 2nd room was not the cleanest, but no cigarette ashes. Trash cans were overflowing outside the rooms/near the parking area. Cigarette butts everywhere on the ground/in parking area. The mattresses and/or box springs had holes in them and looked filthy. The furniture in our 2nd room was splashed with some substance- we didn’t touch nor did we put anything on/in the furniture that had the substance on them. Bedding had holes and stains. We only slept on the sheets, as they appeared clean, though had holes and faint stains. The attendant at the desk, at 1am was very nice and moved us into the 2nd room, apologizing for the cigarette ashes (in a marked, non-smoking room). There was no shampoo or toiletries, only a small box with a soap bar in it. I’ve stayed at Travelodge before, never one this bad. I expected a basic clean room with beds to sleep in, and a bathroom to use, for the handful of hours we were there. Paying the rate I got, I didn’t expect too much, but I did expect more than this.

Negatives: The smell and condition of the room and everything in it was unacceptable. We walked in and looked under the covers and left immediately.

Negatives: Very dirty looked like hadn’t been deep cleaned every. Air conditioner unsafe to use around children moving parts exposed in room.

Negatives: I did not like the holes in the wall The uncomfortable bed and no room service to clean up the takeout trash come and get the dirty towels give us clean ones or bedding and make them and I will never come back there and the bathroom smelled like urine when we got there
