The manager was nice. The location was nice.

The hotel had ants in the room coming out of the outlet. There was trash in the hallways on the floor we were staying on. The one staff member had her young kid at work. She was out front sitting on the bench playing with him; while she was to be working. The worst was the staff member that was parked in a handicapped spot all day. And when I asked her if she was handicapped; she said no! And I got my handicapped spot so she wasn’t taking anything from me. She was very rude, and disrespectful. The police, and cooperative were involved!!

The carpet and fabric chairs were dirty and stained, computer chair broken wheel, spider web and spider in tub, room door didn’t lock, furniture was outdated, hotel needs a complete renovation

It was close to the tournament we were going to.
Negatives:
We had to wait over 5 hours after checkin time before our room was ready. It was obvious that the cleaning was rushed- which makes sense since they had several other people also waiting for a room to be cleaned due to staff issues and only having one maid. We ended up having to go into the main town area and find something to do until the room was ready. When I would inquire about whether the room was ready I would get a slight attitude. We ended up sitting in the car for over an hour.
