Good price but won’t stay...

It was close to the tournament we were going to.
Negatives:
We had to wait over 5 hours after checkin time before our room was ready. It was obvious that the cleaning was rushed- which makes sense since they had several other people also waiting for a room to be cleaned due to staff issues and only having one maid. We ended up having to go into the main town area and find something to do until the room was ready. When I would inquire about whether the room was ready I would get a slight attitude. We ended up sitting in the car for over an hour.

Booking.com confirmed the reservation, but when I showed up at the hotel, the front desk said they were completely full and no rooms available. They said the availability sometimes doesn't "update" on the Booking.com site. Very frustrating.

Trying to secure a refund or at the minimum a partial refund. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00pm when we arrived at 4:30 we were told an hour to an hour and half. 6pm still no room....7pm nope no room I had my two young sons with me and what were we to do no options were given nothing, it was almost 8pm before we were offered a room and only because the person who was next in the waiting "line" wasn't there so we were given that room. Absolutely horrid

Multiple issues with room. - TV DIDN'T WORK. REMOTE HAD GRIM ALL OVER IT - BATHROOM LIGHT DIDN'T WORK - THEN THE WORSE PART. THE BED WAS LITERALLY READY TO COLLAPSE ON LEFT SIDE. EVERTIME I MOVED IT MADE A HORRIBLE NOISE. - SHOWER LEAKED ALL OVER B

The reason for choosing this place for the kitchen setup didnt matter. Refridgerator buzzed louder then the TV. But it didnt matter, after we checked in we had a note slid under the door that there would be a power outage all night. So all the food in the fridge was warm in the morning.
