The location. We had a graduation in Burgettstown PA and this was maybe 5 miles away

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice, food pretty good. The reunion facilities were very nice and again the staff efficient, respectful and friendly. One staff person, Vickie, was kind to a mobility-challenged couple and offered to get their plates at the buffet for them. That was above and beyond, well done!
Negatives:
This hotel is past due for a deep, deep clean and updating renovation. Carpets stained, behind the nightstand not too clean. Stains and wear & tear evident around windows and in corners on wallpaper. Surfaces and bathroom were clean, though. It just was a bit overpriced considering these issues, in a day when people don't have the funds to throw around.
