Positives: Bright and modern - overall fabulous vibe and cleanliness.
Negatives: VERY MINOR ... some mould on the edge of the shower rails (glass doors on shower) and some caulking loose in the shower.

Negatives: Price of $75 for allowing a pet for one night is unreasonable. There should be an overnight rate of $20-30. The rate charged for one night forced me to look for alternatives for a one night stay.

Positives: One of the best hotels Ive stayed in in a very long time!! The indoor pool was a huge plus and was clean (although the chlorine in the whirlpool was a tad overwhelming), the room was spotless, the continental breakfast was top tier compared to other hotel chains, holy cow! Im craving another omelette as we speak. I greatly appreciated the kind staff and the cleanliness. Overall this stay was perfect!
Negatives: Only complain is there was dog poop on the sidewalk right outside of one of the side doors.
