Friendly staff, good location, clean room, easy parking, and a quiet heater.
Negatives:
The continental breakfast had only breakfast bars; I was expecting more. the coffee was good, however.

Room was quiet. There were 2 chairs.

No breakfast. No coffee pot. Screw-up at front desk cost me an extra $75. Management refuses to refund for a night we DID NOT stay. The hotel and booking.com keep passing responsibility to each other.
