Negatives: I brought my two year old there to go swimming. There was a small water slide next to the kiddie pool. The pool is only 0.5'-1' deep so it's perfect for my kid. The slide was working on Sunday when we got there, but it wasn't operating on Monday when we tried to swim in the morning at 7am even though the pool sign said the pool area opened at 6am. We came back an hour later to see if it was on yet and it was still off. I went to the front desk at 8:15 and asked about turning on the water so my 2 year old could use the water slide in the kiddie pool before checkout at 11am. The lady didn't offer to turn it on for us even though I was standing there with my kid who just wanted to swim and have fun. She said she didn't know about turning it on because she thought it was on a timer and that it should turn on soon. We came back a third time at 9am and it was still shut off. I left deeply dissapointed after this hotel trip. Outside of the staff not helping, there were scrambled eggs in the breakfast room fridge, the milk in the fridge was past expired, the hot tub was closed for maintenence, the bathroom in my room had hair on the toilet and in the tub so it wasn't cleaned before we arrived, and the caulking on the tub was cracked and had black mold. I would never go back to this hotel.

Negatives: Wasn't like the picture online the watersides were gone the whole reason why we got that hotel the hot tub was broke

Negatives: Sausages were boiled and not browned...gross-looking! Spider in the bathtub. Bathtub was pretty icky. Small frig in room made alot of noise and I couldn't unplug it because it was behind TV cabinet. Turned temp to low... that helped but did not stop all noise. Kept waking up and couldn't go back to sleep bc of noise. Room and bedding both had an odd smell. If it was the laundry soap, it was horrible.

Negatives: Did not like the breakfast. Only fresh fruit was not great looking apples. The eggs were cold and sausage not browned.

Negatives: Room was dusty, cobwebs. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Bathtub faucet leaked. Key card didn't work for the entrance by our room. I expected this hotel to be much nicer for the cost of the room.

Negatives: Pricey. Breakfast

Negatives: I felt like the staff gave me the runaround. We didn’t get the room we reserved and were not given the upgrade we were offered. I had to ask for our summary of charges when we still had not received it by the day after we checked out. Didn’t like the room because it had a huge tub in the corner of the room taking up room we could have used to be more comfortable. The only elevator was smelly. Just didn’t like the property very much and thought it was pretty expensive for the quality that you don’t get. I won’t stay there again.

Negatives: The room needed updating and had so much brown that it was depressing.
