Negatives: This has recently changed brands and become an Americinn. Normally, I look for Americinn due to quality customer service and cleanliness, so I was not concerned about the change. We have visited this property several times now since the change and each time cleanliness and perks seem to be diminishing. This time, crumbs between sheets of one bed, shower with obvious soap/shampoo/conditioner dried on spots, no drinking cups, and to add frustration morning coffee cups in the lobby are now the smallest styrofoam size (approximately 6 ounce size). These cleanliness items should be minimum expectations and having an industry standard to-go coffee cup in the lobby is just service 101. The staff is friendly and hopefully we have just arrived on off days- but the bar for service to improve should be raised higher than our last few visits.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Pool was closed - was told pool would reopen at 7AM the next morning, morning staff did not know anything about the pool situation, very rude and sarcastic with me when I asked, other staff refused to print out a receipt for me at checkout

Negatives: Hallways needed vacuuming. Breakfast was slim with full hotel.

Negatives: it looked a bit "tired" The lighting in public spaces was very dim.

Negatives: Hot tub was broken. Bed Extremely uncomfortable(king bed that had a huge dip in the center of the bed). Ants in the room. Room smelled musty and not clean. Breakfast bar was out of coffee and creamer and the food didn't look good. We stayed in this same exact room before new owners took over (completely different experience)

Negatives: Room had maintenance issues, notably broken bathroom door, broken safety handle in shower, extremely loud hot water system, slow shower drain, and inconvenient light operations. Continental breakfasts always gave low expectations but this place disappointed. Bare minimum and low quality. Tried to communicate issues to staff on leaving but they were inattentive and no one was monitoring front desk.

Negatives: I would recommend that they have the garbage can outside of the wooden door so people do not have to touch the door to open it up. And the wood on the door to the garbage needs a good cleaning. The hot tub was not working and my husband enjoys the hot tub.
