The property and our room was very nice and clean.
Negatives:
The hot tub is too close to the pool. We were looking to have some quiet time and relax in the hot tub however a bunch of kids were tossing a ball back and forth in the pool and hitting us in the head. Not their fault, just unfortunate that the pool and hot tub are literally right next to each other.

Location was great. Safe parking lot.
Negatives:
Breakfast was served too late. Many people were up and going by 6 and left hungry as breakfast didn’t start til 7. I will look for a different hotel next time.

I've stayed here a couple other times. In the past year the cleanliness has declined. The carpet in our room was very dirty with lots of noticeable stains. Even the curtains had stains. Our mattress was old and stained, not comfortable at all, bathroom was decent. I noticed the hotel itself was dirtier than I remembered it. The elevator carpet was dirty and stained, pool area could benefit from a deep clean. The hot tub jets weren't working.
