Good location. It was easy in and out from moorland road.
Breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated that there was oatmeal and an egg dish.
I appreciated the cookies out when I checked in
Although I didn’t use it because of my schedule, the pool area looked nice. The fitness area was small but adequate.
Negatives:
I was given a room on the top floor the furthest away from the entrance. It was suggested it would be shorter to park around the back and use that entrance and elevator. As an over 70 female traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable parking around the back when I was going to be coming back after dark. I felt it was safer to park in front which was a very long walk.

Bed was hard as as a rock. Slight odor in room...couldn't tell from what but got used to it. Micro fiber top sheet and blanket makes you Hot.

The room had an off smell. We had to change the room, they said it's the same size but it was smaller and the key card was not working.

Suite had a door for sound on the bedroom.

We came at 9pm. I had called a couple of days before to confirm that our disability room would not be given away, but they still gave us the wrong room type anyway.
The staff person on site said the room was just around the corner, but it was down two long hallways. I walked all the way back and she gave us another wrong room (again, not for the disabled). When asked why we were being given these and why, at this point, we weren’t given an upgrade, the staff person “mentioned” we had booked through third party so they couldn’t guarantee the room type. I informed her that if the company doesn’t want business, it’s free not to contract with third parties. She then gave us a suite that still didn’t have a step in or roll in shower, but by that time, we were exhausted.
The room was okay, but it was difficult for me to get in and out of the bath before my surgery the next morning.
Your staff need better training and you need to stop penalizing third party customers. We expect the same courtesy as if we had booked directly.
