The location of it was great as far as shopping and eating out. Room was good for what it was worth.

I has urine dried on the toilet seat and it seemed to be sitting obliviously. The front desk receptionist on the night shift didn't seem to interested in her job. Need better welcoming spirit.

Second stay here for us. Close to locations we were attending. Good location in terms of food and activities. Comfortable rooms.

The bat drain access port was in poor condition. Appears that it may have been stop-gap fixed. Looks worse than it is. Mostly cosmetic. Notified the front desk, who were very responsive and somewhat surprised it had flown under their radars.

Booked thru Booking.com and was told my total was $110, never was there a mention about a $75 incidental charge, when I explained to the clerk on duty she stated that she could not book me in without the $75 incidental charge, when I explained I only had the money for the room charge, she stated she could not book me in, I asked if it could be waived, she state no. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and she gave me the business card for the manager (Angela) with the site phone/fax number (the manager was not on site). She called the manager from her cell phone and informed the manager that i REFUSED to pay the incidental fee....I interrupted her and asked her to explain to the manager that I did not have the $75, not that I REFUSED...I will NEVER EVER EVER book at another Sonesta or Sonesta owned property EVER again...by the way, Booking.com got the room canceled and i booked at another property by Marriott, which was actually a better property than Sonesta Brookfield WI

Good location for our needs on this trip. Nice clean hotel.
Negatives:
We were charged $5 for parking, there were only 3 cars in the lot including ours! This isn't a downtown hotel with a parking structure, it's in a suburb with a large, ample lot.
Positives:
Close to wedding venue. Very clean and everyone was very friendly.
Negatives:
I did not care for the hours of the food and beverage area. Plus the ice machine was out of order on 1st floor

Comfortable room and bed. Ample, well lit parking close to the room. Friendly and courteous check in staff. Smooth checkout process. Free parking. Clean bathroom overall. Convenient location, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

There was no breakfast set out in the morning as described in the price. I found a lower price for the room shortly after booking but could not get the lower price. There were a lot of children running around in the hallway outside of my room until the pool closed for the night.
