Rooms are nice, beds comfortable.
Negatives:
We checked in after 8pm. No one at front desk. Finally get to room and Room was freezing when we walked in. Turned heat on which took 4 hours to get some warmth.

The amenities and the willingness of the front desk staff to help when they were obviously understaffed

There was a smell in the room that got worse over my stay Deep cleaning and a more through cleaning bewteen guests was needed

When walking to our room there was a strong smell perhaps a cleaning agent of some kind. But someone may have also sprayed an abnormal amount of body spray too. However the smell was almost unbearable. The rooms were very clean and overall great just that one small detail
