The Wifi worked less than half the time, soda vending machine never worked, their breakfast was empty from. 8:30 on supposed to be from 6:00 to 9:00 am. Bad parking. I've stayed at thousands of .hotel as a Union Carpenter, and this is the worst place ever. I'd like some money back but that won't happen. Plus I'll never book through you again.

I did not like. The only person I liked was early shift on the 8th. I fell and he was very helpful. The rest unhelpful

Nothing. The bed was dirty, unclean. There was someone's sock laying on the floor. I asked for the room to be cleaned. Sheets were changed. However, the sock remained. Mold surrounded the shower. The refrigerator was warm. Smelled of must and bodies.. ended in er getting stitches asked for a refund for next 2 days and got a run around. I could not be alone due to concussion. No empathy. I think refund is deserved. No straight answers. Never again.

One pillow was comfortable on the bed. The bed itself wasn’t uncomfortable but it was springy and very jiggly. The a/c works albeit too well.
Negatives:
This place is a dump. It’s old and sad. It’s a maintenance black hole, everything feels super gross dirty, any fixes made are terribly done. Stains on the carpet, stains on bedding. While the shower did look clean-ish, the drain and shower head were at least forty years old. We couldn’t bring ourselves to shower. One slow fussy elevator. Staff was ice cold, unfriendly. Nasty breakfast. Left feeling coated in ick, will never stay here again. Definitely felt very overcharged.

The A/C was a joke in our room. I had to buy a fan to make it bearable to sleep. The water needed 15-20 min to warm up, and once it did when you turned it to fine tune the temperature,it went to ice cold, there was no in between.
