I am very comfortable staying at Beat Western conference in Eau Claire .I always stay there when I’m visiting my son. He goes to the University of Eau Claire. However, the scent of pets was not a Pleasant odor! It Flared up my cousin allergy. In addition to, there needs to be a better variety of TV channels such a Netflix app which you are using your own password or at least HMO. Overall it was a good stay!

didn't eat the breakfast because we didn't trust the cleanliness of the breakfast after the dirty room
Negatives:
There was lots of hair left in the bathroom sink, tub, toilet. We hit a busy weekend and the price for this 2 star hotel -- was too much. Also the front desk clerk's English was difficult to understand and resulted in him repeating what we said and he said in a loud voice (shouting)

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a very nice perk.
Negatives:
Outside landscaping was very overgrown.
In the room the bathroom was very dirty. Dirt in the corners, the toilet base was disgusting unclean and the tub shower was very unsafe (I slipped and almost fell, no safety measures on the bottom of the tub).
