Positives:
Very convenient for me when traveling across Wi. on Hwy 29. Has a good restaurant and lounge adjacent and also a gas station and convenience store.
Positives:
We have stayed here many times when visiting Eau Claire. It's usually quiet and we like the location in terms of getting around Eau Claire.
Negatives:
It can be noisy at times.

Negatives:
Open hallway connecting the hotel section to the restauarnt and gas station. We came back to the hotel section at 9 pm and no one was at the front desk! Anyone could be walking in. I didn't feel very safe :)
Negatives:
All of the doors on the facility were not handicap friendly period
