The door to the room was broken and staff stated they have been aware for weeks. The bathroom light would not turn off

At the time of my stay this hotel was under renovation, they had old furniture and trash in the hallways and parking lot. You would think they could keep this cleaned up for guest. All the exercise equipment is broken or worn out.

that i was able to get coffee anytime i wanted.

no change when i paid in cash, twice. having to pay a 50 dollar security on the room. no working hot tub for the second time stay. noisy people. no chain or door guard on door. having to hold down handle to flush the toliet.

no chain or door guard on door even though it is advertised. you have to hold the lever down on the toliet to flush it throughly. housekeeping staff letting their kids run up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs. can't get any rest.

when you pay in cash they don't give you change. i got screwed twice. they made my card come up declined when there was plenty on there.

yes. for the second time the hot tub didn't work. for the second time there was no chain or door guard. i feel secure with one. i didn't appreciate how my debit card was declined twice and charged to pay 50 dollars for a security deposit on the room.

Plenty. When we got there, after midnight booking, we had to wait 3 hours in the lobby for the night auditor to do whatever it is so its the next day. We got to our room at 3:20am. On the second day one of the guests in another room tried to fight

Staff lied rude. Can't even leave a cigarette in room even if didn't smoke it in there. Staff accusatory and denied me my refund. Very poor experience

The staff were super courteous and kind. The room had great TV channels and was a very nice size for the price. For the price the breakfast was also nice. The staff would be the reason I come back.
