Double bed instead of queen, 3 pillows instead of 4, the sheets looked like they’d been slept on, no silverware in the suite and when we asked for some the desk clerk could not access it, pool and hot tub down due to maintenance, room keys did not work at entrance/exits, even after we were given new ones, a round table in the suite with no chairs and no coffee table in front of the sofa, asked for a room away from busy traffic but didn’t get one, even though the hotel was nowhere near full. We will not stay at Staybridge again.

advertised fireplace and found out it was only for show; no heat on arrival-attended to quickly but never got the thermostats in the bedrooms to work; no ice machine in facility but the ice maker in fridge did make some after a number of hours

Getting my full refund like I said I would. Reporting all pictures and recordings to IHG Corporate, Contacting Milwaukee Consumer Services Dept, BBB and then reporting the fraudulent charges on my credit card 32 days after check in.

The stank stale smell, the pet hair and debris all over the room, the staff were unprofessional and disheveled...etc

Rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchenette in the room was nice and had decent coffee, tea, and a popcorn packet.
Negatives:
Other guests and their kids were running up and down the halls and slamming doors, until 9:30 PM. The noise did stop, but wish it had been addressed sooner.

I reserved a King bed suite on Booking.com and when I checked in I wasn’t notified and went into the room and soon realized I was given a Queen Room and was never accommodated with a price adjustment. I paid for something I did not receive and though the hotel itself wasn’t bad and the Attendant wasn’t bad it left a very poor taste for that location in my mind because that’s wrong to do folks that way.

I loved our one bedroom with kitchen and I loved that there was a great areas for grilling! I loved that there’s a social hour !
Negatives:
Needs updating around the property and staff well treated the hotel more like their home than their job. My husband and I heard a lot of stuff we didn’t need to hear! The staff all eat breakfast at hotel and guests get to hear and see all! They do the same for the social hour! They aren’t talking to guests they are socializing with only each other! Very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable!
