Negatives: The desk staff wasn't very welcoming and she didn't explain there was a $25/day incident fee charged to my credit card that was refundable after staff inspected the room we were in for three nights. The morning clerk when we checked out explained the company fee policy which explained the discrepancy between the total amount charged for three nights and the amount charged my credit card.
