It’s a beautiful facility.
Negatives:
There are many opportunities in the cleaning department. It’s such a beautiful place but it could definitely be better kept. I don’t want to complain, only mentioning this to help. The pool had huge hairballs in it and there was garbage on the floor around the pool. The room had crumbs on the seat by the island area. And there were many fingerprints all over everything which made me feel like things weren’t clean.

We had reserved a room with two queen beds because we were three adults and a toddler. When we got there we were told we had been assigned a room with a king and a couch. My husband finally had to talk to the manager to get the room we needed. Once the room was sorted out, the rest of the stay was excellent and the beds were especially comfortable.

The room was very comfetable and the staff was very friendly. However, I did not get the room that I booked on Booking. I got downgraded from the King Suite to just a queen room. There was no microwace or refridgerator. The cost was not much different and I had to wait over on hour for me to get the room. As a result, it winched an hour my pleasure tine away.
Overall it was comfertable and quit, but there should have a communication to me sooner so I could have adjusted to a better room.
