They charged me twice for the room and when I asked them about it and told the manager you already charged me they told me I was wrong and then when they caught it they said oh well human error so I had to get ahold of another manager to get the refund for the second charge and after all that they wouldn't even knock a few dollars off the stay for the inconvenience absolute terrible place I'd never go back

I liked that it was close to Aurora Hospital for an appointment I had.
Negatives:
The room was filthy. Housekeeper should be fired. There was so much dirt & hair on the (hardwood) floors. There was hair all over the toilet, tub, shower walls, CEILING, vanity, even the bed. The bed frame reminded me of a futon frame, and would squeak with every single touch. The vent in the bathroom was broken and missing a light bulb. I heard every door slam on the first floor as I was trying to sleep.

I didn’t do the stay I asked to cancel my room due to my kids being in the pool and a couple was in there as well and the couple end up have sex in the pool and my kids seen it. When I brought it up to the front desk he did absolutely nothing about it. So I packed up my kids and left. Haven’t heard from anyone at the hotel for a refund..
Negatives:
The blankets in the room had burn holes. Front desk people was very rude.. me and my kids left before we could even get settled in..
