Presentation looked good, building looked clean and neat. The pool was great. When I call the front desk, i was told that she couldn't do anything about it and that they did not have another room to put us in. Very unprofessional.

Bedbugs in both rooms that I reserved. We were all bitten by the bedbugs. The juice dispenser, dispensed mildew...not clean.

Reeked of cigarettes on our floor. Room didnt smell clean. Other guests were horsing around, running through the hall and pounding our door. Someone then tried using their card at our door. Just awful experience as we had young kids with us.

I got stuck because parking lot was not plowed. My son fell on ice and got hurt. My car went into the ditch In there parking lot and a guy in the room next to us overdosed and police had to come and give him narcan. Quality inn hotel has gone down

Room smelled like Mildred, non carpeted floor

The light switch at door didn't turn on any lights. Bulb in lamp on bedstand was burned out. We went to reception and got another bulb. Also, the outlets in that lamp were nonfunctional. Mini refrigerator was loud, Fortunately it only ran a few minutes every couple hours.

It was convenient for our family Thanksgiving since all of us cannot stay at my parents home due to the large number of people.

The room was 77 degrees when we arrived and it took quite a while to cool down.
