TV and WiFi were kind of shitty. A lot of channels didn’t come through because of weak signal. Remote was very unresponsive to change channels. WiFi signal was so weak I had to use cell data.

Positives:
It was clean!!!! Staff was friendly and plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Pool was clean and having fresh towels available for afterwards is nice.

The rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean but one of our towels was grey.
Negatives:
The grey towel was funny, because they charge for new towels if you leave makeup on towels. I still need to contact the manager about my new towel charge. I used the towelettes provided and left a tiny bit on a towel and was billed $15. Then, they didn't leave new towelettes for the next day!! Washing my face was very uncomfortable. Also, my husband and I were supposed to survive comfortably on 4 large towels for 2 days.
The fitness center equipment had sweat on it with minimal lysol wipes left to clean it off, and the water machine was empty.

The room I stayed in had a connecting door to the next room. It felt like they were in my room when they were talking.

Positives:
The first room we were given smelled like someone had been vaping so we returned to the front desk to ask for a replacement room. I didn't realize that he had given a smoking room to us (gross!) So when we asked for a different room, he was able to give us a different one, free of odors.
Negatives:
Being given a smoking room was gross. I think the front desk person should have asked us if we wanted smoking or non smoking. Personally, I think smoking rooms should be banished. That odor goes to other places. He either just assumed we would be cool with it, or he didn't care at all.
