Overpriced, no hot water in the shower, noise carried through walls easily, cleaning staff attempted to come in to clean at 9:00 am on a Sunday morning (2 hours prior to checkout time).

11:20 at night I had someone try to enter our room. Not try and have the wrong key, try and get the door to OPEN in OUR room with 2 small children. Luckily I had the chain on but then they went into their room next door and tried with the adjoining door

The staff was excellent. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was awesome. I have a loved one in the UW Hospital. I have stayed here every weekend for the last month. It has been great.

This would be even better with a Restaurant/Bar in it. Not many of those places near there.

Hot tub only had 3 functioning jets and was dirty with sediment and hair. Limited seating in breakfast area. Saggy mattresses and worn towels were reported by my friends staying in other rooms during my stay.

Bed had a big dip in the middle needs to be thrown away! Handicap accessible bathroom had a tub not accessible at all needs to be a walk in shower. Pool was dirty tiles along the pool had a bunch of cracks. The jets in the hot tub did not work and dirty

The staff at the front desk were very rude , my reservation was wrong and they refused to fix it with additional fee. I booked a kitchenette room and I got a standard room with no kitchen. The lady was beyond rude and would not adjust it without a fee
