When I got there a
Nd showed them my confirmation text they said they had no reservation for me. They checked several sources and said you had never notified them of my reservation. Fortunately the manager was able to accommodate us.
Booking needs to do a better job.
Beds and linens were uncomfortable. And only towels and soaps available for two in a room for four.

Positives:
The pros of this place are definitely the price and the staff. Everything else I checked out was priced so high and we were only going to be sleeping in the room and gone about 16 hours a day. The pool area was nice. It could use updates, but I definitely think for the price, this place is great. This was perfect for us since we just needed a place to sleep and the bed was fine.
Negatives:
There was a weird substance on one curtain. Just stayed away from that curtain and the drain in the tub did not want to stay open. I stuck a washcloth under the drain to hold it open on one side and it drained perfectly after that. pro travel tip. The only other thing is if you are driving, this hotel does not have outside cameras on your vehicle.

Everything was clean and tidy There is a courtyard with a grill to BBQ Off the courtyard is a pool and hot tub along with an arcade with pool tables There are even slot machines! This place ROCKS!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful I recommend this stay to everyone looking for the best quality for the price Amazing.

Breakfast limited but was topped up on a regular baises. For me the location was fine. Front desk and breakfast staff very good. Other not friendly may be because they did not understand English-
Negatives:
The rooms and general area is in need of updateing. Room serviceing was not always the way it should be. Whilst a notice stated that bedding and towels would only changed every 3 days it realy ment the the room was not cleaned or things like in room coffee soap ect not replaced. Not always convient to go to front desk to get more. Realy the sign was just an excuse to to save the hotel money and not be helpful to paying guests, as reduced prices for days 2 and three were NOT in place.

There was quite a bit of wear and tear on things so it was apparent that the hotel is old. That just can’t be helped. But that was the only thing.
