My flight was early in the morning so there was no shuttle service. They said their Uber account is down, too, but I can book a Uber myself and send them the receipt to get reimbursement. So afterwards I send the receipt but didn’t get any reply or reimbursement. I contacted Booking.com custom service but still no reply.
