I breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean.
Negatives:
I had booked 2 rooms and I had requested joined rooms as a group of friends were traveling together. When we arrived we were told that the only rooms that were joined were King rooms and double rooms, not 2 double rooms. When I went to check out the women was walking away from the desk and told me to just drop my cards in the box. I told her I wanted a receipt, she seemed a bit annoyed with me. She wasn't very pleasant to deal with. I am not sure if there was supposed to be one or not but I was disappointed there was not a safe in the room.

bed was uncomfortable, pillows were the size of throw pillows.
breakfast was OK - eggs were watery, never figured out how to get the syrup out of the container
Negatives:
The room (over 3 days) was never cleaned. Bed unmade, no clean towels, for over $100 a night I expect the room to be straightned up every day.

The positives...the bed is comfortable, the shower works. On the "maybe" side...the room was dark, the furnishing is skimpy and it just doesn't feel like you want to stay there any longer than necessary. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room which is good.

The are around the hotel has plenty of restaurants but it is essentially an empty shopping type space in the evenings....large big box stores and nobody around....

YES. We inadvertently left some freezer packs in the freezer. When we called the next day we were told that no freezer packs had been turned in. This means that the housekeeping staff found them and kept them. This is very disappointing.

Hotel is aging. Carpet furniture, and paint have been updated but little else. Fan was loud in the bathroom and it was tiny. TV was awkwardly place because of wall dividing the bed and couch. Breakfast was fine.
