Room was nice. Hard wood and newly renovated. My family and I had to be up for a 6am flight(4am) hotel got us breakfast
Negatives:
I requested 4am shuttle to make a 6am flight. The hotel staff put me down for 5am instead. We ended up missing the flight by a couple minutes. We did get a different flight

Negatives:
Did not eat the breakfast. They are in works of renovation but went cheap or only fixtures were replaced. Nothing was done in the bathroom shower rod wasn't level for a curved bar. Toilet was a foot off the floor suited for a toddler size. Pool not centralized. The staff when we arrived was disrespectful when we were approved for early check in.

Breakfast selection was good, coffee good. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was polite and courteous. The price was good for this area.

There was an annoying paint smell, but there were renovations going on, and I wasn’t paying very much so not a big deal.

The bathtub in my room was filthy. When I reported it they did nothing about it. My refrigerator in another room I reserved as I had 2 and the refrigerator was broken. Reported it and absolutely nothing was done to make it right.

Dirty rooms
Positives:
The staff was friendly, they were not very educated on Service Dog Policies and ADA Laws but they were very open to learning when I gave them an ADA Law Card and explained things and also decided to do more research to educate themselves.
Negatives:
We checked in around 3 pm and the front desk agent tried charging us a $20 fee for having a pet, I kindly explained to him that it was a Service Dog and that per ADA Laws that they could not charge me a pet fee, the man waived the fee no problem, then we went to our room to find it was a double queen room so we went back to the desk and told them we reserved a king and he said they didn't let pets into the king rooms so I again had to explain that per ADA Laws Service Dogs are not classified as pets but actually working medical equipment and are required access to non pet rooms, the man did give us the room we reserved at this point with no issue, once we got to our room it smelled very much like someone had been smoking weed and the room was dirty, the hotel is also under renovations so it was a mess, overall would not recommend.

Positives:
The location was easy off the interstate. The desk clerks were pleasant. The beds appeared to be new with nice bedding on them, even though they weren't the size they tried to convince us they were.
Negatives:
We booked a room with 2 QUEEN beds & got DOUBLES. I sleep on one every night and know what size it should be. My daughter and I struggled to bring our bags & baby in on a luggage cart. 5 men employees watched us without offering to help. Culture thing?

Great breakfast! Really needed that breakfast during my stay! Lots of pillows and comfortable bed. I am not sure why there’s a mattress outside my room. Staff the floors clean, towels were larger than normal and welcome by me.
Negatives:
Fellow guests liked their marijuana and this stunk up the hotel, really can not do much about that. Ceiling leading out the second floor we’re in need of repairs.
