After Tuesday, Nov 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: The outdoor patio seating with the fire pit was perfect for the evenings.

Negatives: Shower floor was not clean. Bathroom ventilation and lighting was awful. Having a separate shower and toilet room for a suite would be ideal. Especially with clear glass shower doors. Not much privacy for what would be multiple people.
