Quality Inn

Negatives: There were a few issues from the start, for example I immediately noticed a used paper tissue left in my room, the television did not work, and the property wifi was just an unsecured network that often did not work well if at all. Also, the sink in my room was clearly clogged and every time I needed to wash my hands it would get filled and I would need to wait a good five minutes for the water to drain. However, these were smaller issues and I never brought them up to the staff since I would mainly spend my days at work and simply needed a room to wash and sleep. The real issue I encountered during my stay at Quality Inn was that I started being stalked by someone that I exchanged a few words with in the lobby one evening while I waited for a delivery I placed. This man, who I unfortunately told my name to when he asked me (not thinking of the consequences I would have to deal with from that sole action), told me he was not a guest at the property and was only waiting at the Quality Inn lobby (I assumed, for a ride). He told me he does massages and insisted on wanting to give me a massage even though I immediately told him I was not interested, tried to get my phone number (I refused to give it to him), and therefore basically forced me to take his. Wanting to get out of that situation, I took his phone number knowing that I would never use it, and thought that would be the end of it. A couple nights later I came back to my room from work and found a note left on my door by the front desk, saying this man had called looking for me and wanted me to message him so he could give me that massage. I went downstairs and told the lady at the front desk to please block and ignore any messages or calls coming from this individual. I told her I did not know this man and did not want to be reached by him in any way, and she seemed to take it seriously. Unfortunately, the day after, at 8am on a Sunday, I get woken up by my room phone ringing.

Negatives: The drain in tub. When I took a shower the water did not go down

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The heater air-conditioning had very bad moldy smell got on my clothes & transferred to bedsheets. Terrible informed manager

Negatives: The ice machine was not functional. When I needed ice I went to the front desk and they had to chip it off of a block of ice in a cooler. And the second time I needed some, they were not able to chip it apart.

Negatives: the only thing i was disappointed in was that i wish the cleaning staff would have come to my room at least every other day to be able to take trash and bring fresh towels. i do understand the cleaning policy though.

Negatives: Cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, there was food in the fridge, something sticky on the bedside table, and the drawers were dirty.
