It only meets minimum requirements-Maybe Bed linens/towels cleaned but no fresh smells of detergent atall, instead, slightly sticking tobacco smells bothered me. White towels are too old and a bit dirty!! telphone is out of order!no hot water.dirty heater

Not much. Run down residential motel with drug activity. Locked in with booking.com so no way to get refund and go elsewhere. Good water pressure and hot water.
Negatives:
Absolutely filthy room. Dirty sheets on one bed. Manager was very responsive about having the room cleaned but housekeeping only changed the sheets. Did not wipe down any surfaces- which were very dirty. We had to get cleaning supplies at the store and clean the whole room ourselves to be able to stay any longer.
