Didn’t feel like a Sheraton at all. Pictures were misleading, rooms weren’t up to expectations, no gluten free menu at the restaurant, and facilities were subpar at best (think pool or game room). Very disappointed with what we got. Also during our entire stay they didn’t refill the body wash in the shower???

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Free parking is a huge plus.
Negatives:
The restaurant has limited working hours, so you cannot get food at any time you want. There was a small fridge with sandwiches, but it was empty during our stay. Hotel is not in city centrum, so there are no restaurants close by.
Breakfast was not included in the price, and there was no buffet available. You need to order from the menu and wait 10-15 minutes until it's ready.
The internet was very bad early in the morning and late in the evening, which caused the TV to not work properly as well.
AC was extremely loud.

Positives:
We found ourselves here because we were camping and caught in a tornado… everything we had was soaking wet including the clothes we were wearing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to us by bringing us robes and water bottles. We really appreciated the kindness in light of a stressful and hectic situation that we had just been through. I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully for enjoyment next time.
