The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful in accessing local resources. a fun hipster vibe. Very clean and also an easy check in. Nice amenities for doing work online. The bed linens are nice.

The rooms are smallish, but adequate. One more comfortable chair in the room would be welcome.

I would make the choice...
Negatives:
The hotel charged me a $75 fee for my ESA (with card saying its protected under federal law) even though the front desk said they wouldnt because we were only there for a few hours. Breakfast was pitiful, lacking a lot of thing they advertise to have.

This hotel was incredibly spotless, full of amenities and the staff was beyond wonderful!!!

Clean Rooms, nice breakfast. Overall good experience.

The location was pleasant, the tv was nice, the capability to buy a variety at the check in counter, and the rates were fair.
Negatives:
The bed was not comfortable, the room was tiny, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the breakfast was far less than what I expected, although Saturday was better than Friday.
