We take pride in our long-standing dedication towards cleanliness and perfect room condition to serve our guests better, for us each guest is special. We are located off Highways 10, 13 and 97 in the downtown district in Marshfield, WI. Covid-19 might have subsided a little, but we take utmost care by maintaining high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Your health and safety are our top priority. We have implemented enhanced operating protocols from check in to check out and everything in between. Located just 4 miles away from us Marshfield Clinic Health System, it is one of only a few large independent nonprofit medical clinics in the United States. Other local near-by attractions are Marshfield Motor Speedway, McMillan Marsh State Wildlife Area, Upham Mansion, University of Wisconsin-Marshfield and Mid-State Technical College. The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and that our stay was perfect. It is clean and quiet. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to find a pool since it's advertised not to have one. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast left a little to be desired but was fine. We were not expecting a 4-star meal anyway.

Ran out of gravy for biscuits and gravy. Food wasn't very hot. Half and half was bad so it got replaced.

Bathroom toilet bowl was oval and seat was round. No hooks to hang towels. Refrigerator/ freezer didn't get cold. Exterior doors would Not unlock and one was taped to not be secure to use card to get in.

Bathroom was not finished, paint splotches everywhere, unfinished wall/lighting with wires exposed. Bathtub had no stopper, had to buy one. Floor filthy. Cleaning staff tried entering room at 8:30 am with checkout at 11 am. Breakfast room completely unstocked. Staff sitting in guest lounge and not at desk. Worst stay ever. Pool was closed and no information stating prior or during check in. Will not be returning ever!

I am not sure if they're short staffed. The front desk person was amazing our room didn't have enough seating for two people so had to eat on the bed The hot tub was very dirty there is an openness and undone on the light of the bathroom and there was crumbs in the control panel of the heater air conditioner unit The mirrors were dirty
