They reimbursed us for our 2nd night.
Negatives:
Pool & hot tub not working. Knocked on our door at 8:30 & 10:00 to ask when we were leaving. I was told that check out was 11:00 even though the website and our reservation said it was noon.

The hotel website said 2 queen beds. It had 2 Full Size beds. The entire building is filthy dirty and the room is no better. The Continental breakfast both containers of syrup were empty. The hot eggs and breakfast patties were like warm at best.

no staff that could talk and act like there doing you a favor.ring the staff at front desk it took 10 minutes to respond, no toilet paper no kleenx in room no glasses or cups no coffee on room,staff,no pool available. breakfast was cold.

I wish the beds would have been queen size. Double beds are too small for two people. Also the breakfast was terrible. Eggs must have been sitting for hours and the cereal was stale. Good thing they had a waffle maker b

Hot tub was under construction , just like it was last year when we came. If it isnt going to get fixed, they should take it off their amenities list. Hotel in general, wasnt very clean. Hair all over my sheets & in the tub & bathroom floor.

Very nice very clean place. Very great check and check out the outside was very nice. The room was awesome and had all the great amenities definitely stay again 10 star plus.

it was close by hospital-needs to be reported- we had room 206

the room was filthy. blood in bathtub. refrigerator old food n mold in it. microwave filthy.no cups for inroom coffeepot plus no creamers. my bed looked like it was slept in. floor felt warped doorknob on bathroom door fell off in my daughters hand.

we have always loved staying here because its back off the highway and is quiet. they have a better than average breakfast. it was great to see the renovations being done.
Negatives:
25 minute check in bed covers covered in pizza sauce(I hope) dirty finger prints on TV could not see thru had to clean it and mirrors to use no cups for coffee but marshfield WI water has lead so a good thing probably.

The price. It was a relatively clean room at a really good price. The hotel was kind of run down. The bed and towels were clean. The free breakfast was fair, not many choices.
