Breakkfast area clean and plenty of food selections, overall very clean facility. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a decent size.
Negatives:
Hot tub seemed like it could have used a good cleaning and then water shocked to stop algea growth. However we still used the hot tub. The pool was closed for for maintenance. We thought the beds were a bit hard at first, but we slept well.

It was easy to find just off the interstate. It had everything that I needed when I was looking for a hotel.

Positives:
The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Definitely want to give Trish recognition for going above and beyond. We rented a poolside room. I have a bad back and was looking forward to the hot tub. We got to use it the 1st night with only a few jets working. The 2nd and 3rd night it was completely out of order. With no hesitation Trish upgraded us to a whirlpool suite so I was able to relax my back after working. Thank you
Negatives:
Someone had run a vehicle into the overhang in front of the building. As it is barely hanging on to the building you still had to walk under it to check in. By no means did it look safe to walk under. Breakfast, well if you made a waffle or stuck to the sausage it was good. The biscuits, gravy and eggs where not very good.

Nothing. I would never stay there again.
Negatives:
Grand daughter was covered in little bites. Possibly bed bugs. Room smelled. Low budget furniture. Registration desk 1 1/2 miles from hotel. Door wouldnt open. Had to drive back 1 1/2 miles to desk. Had to drive 3/4 mile back to water park.
